I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The suite was oddly shaped and smaller than expected, which was disappointing, but the kitchenette and bathroom were decent. However, the state of the carpets and corridors definitely needs attention. The check-in process also wasn't great, with staff not being very helpful. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were much friendlier, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it seems like the hotel has potential, but a lot needs improvement.

I had a great stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were exceptional and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location was perfect for attending the concert, just a short walk away. However, the breakfast service was a bit understaffed, which made it difficult at times. Overall, it was a good experience with minor issues that didn't overshadow the positives.

Our stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the staff, especially Rita and Benjamin, were amazing and did their best to accommodate us, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to dietary mishaps. The location near the concert venue was perfect for us, but the outdated room furnishings and cleanliness issues left a lot to be desired.
Rooms
5.0
The room we had was on the larger side, but it felt a bit dated. There was also some cleanliness oversight with used milk left in the fridge.
Service
9.0
The staff were extremely friendly and made a genuine effort to uplift our spirits during a tough time.
Location
10.0
The hotel is excellently located for attending events, just a short walk to the concert venue.
Dining

Unfortunately, the dining experience was not great. There were issues with the breakfast order which almost ruined our day. The dinner menu was also overpriced for what was offered.
Facilities

Facilities were adequate but were clearly in need of some updates and maintenance. The air conditioning in our first room wasn't functioning properly.

The hotel is perfect for anyone attending events at Olympic Park, with a very convenient location. The staff provided outstanding service, truly going above and beyond. I experienced issues with parking due to high demand and had a disappointing breakfast experience. Overall, it was a good stay, though not without its minor flaws.
Rooms

We had a superior room with two double beds. It was very nice, spacious, and impeccably clean. The shower had great water pressure, and the balcony was an added bonus. However, the pricing was steep due to high demand.
Service
9.0
The service was exceptional, with all staff members being friendly and helpful. From check-in to breakfast, they ensured that we had a comfortable experience. However, there seemed to be issues during peak times, which could affect service speed.
Location
10.0
The location is fantastic if you're attending events at Olympic Park, and it was easy to get around without needing to drive. It's also conveniently close to public transport.
Dining

While the breakfast spread offered a variety, it felt uninspiring and didn't present good value for the price. I would recommend exploring local cafes instead for a better breakfast experience.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent, but limited parking was an issue. The hotel is undergoing updates, particularly with standard amenities, which may enhance future visits.

My room was spacious and clean, offering a generous bathroom with both a shower and bath. The bed, however, was too soft for my liking, which affected my sleep a bit.
