Despite some initial hiccups, such as a gluten-free mix-up at breakfast, the overall restaurant experience was decent once the crowd had subsided after the football match. I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The suite was oddly shaped and smaller than expected, which was disappointing, but the kitchenette and bathroom were decent. However, the state of the carpets and corridors definitely needs attention. The check-in process also wasn't great, with staff not being very helpful. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were much friendlier, but the dining options were limited. Overall, it seems like the hotel has potential, but a lot needs improvement.

I had a great stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. The staff were exceptional and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The location was perfect for attending the concert, just a short walk away. However, the breakfast service was a bit understaffed, which made it difficult at times. Overall, it was a good experience with minor issues that didn't overshadow the positives.

Our stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the staff, especially Rita and Benjamin, were amazing and did their best to accommodate us, the overall dining experience was disappointing due to dietary mishaps. The location near the concert venue was perfect for us, but the outdated room furnishings and cleanliness issues left a lot to be desired.
